  Where do I start. I don't like giving bad reviews. But I hope it helps make the place even better. We heard they have a world famous vanilla slice here. So of course we went in. Line was decent. About 3 people in front of us. But even with 3 people it took ages to get to the front to give our order. One lady in the line even left cause it was taking so long. When we got to the front the woman serving us didn't seem like she wanted to be there. But I went ahead and ordered my slice to have in. It was right near her in the glass cabinet. Just needed to put it on a plate and order is done. Nope. Gave us a number. Sat us down. Which is fine... But to have to wait nearly 15-20mins for a vanilla slice. Honestly I could have gotten up myself and got it if I knew it would take this long. End of the day the vanilla slice was pretty decent. Not world famous. Again... I don't like these reviews. But if it's going to make this place better, it has to be done.
